How do I get the store credit?
After you post your review on our reviews page, email us at customerservice@undertheweatherpet.com with your name, order email, and phone. Once we've confirmed your review, we email you a discount code — $5 for a photo, $10 for a video — to enter at checkout on your next order.
How long until my review is approved?
We'll email your discount code as soon as your review is approved.
How much can I earn?
$5 in store credit for each approved photo review and $10 for each approved video review, up to 2 photos and 1 video per customer.
Does my review have to be positive?
No. We want honest reviews. The credit is for sharing your real experience with your pet — not for leaving a five-star rating.
